These services include vocational training, job placement, and ongoing support to ensure successful integration into the workforce. BAC's employment programs help individuals develop essential skills, gain work experience, and secure competitive employment in a variety of industries.
In addition to their vocational services, BAC is also committed to fostering inclusivity and engagement in the community. Their empowerment programs provide life enrichment opportunities to those with significant disabilities and help more than 1,200 people find meaningful purpose in their lives.
