New information will be posted periodically, so check back for events and opportunities often!

In a recent article found in WomenSense, they shared information on a new study by Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index "that reveals women ages 45 - 64 are the most stressed out of all Americans.  The study also revealed for the first time in the history of the U.S., this group of women may not outlive their make counterparts.  Why?  Women are struggling to balance family, work, caring for parents and managing their own health.  If that isn't enough stress, many women then pile guilt on themselves for not balancing all those responsibilities well enough.  Add to that poor diet, raging hormones, lack of sleep, instability in the world and the stress just never ends."

Through the Eyes of Women...

EverythingBrevard.com appreciates the challenges women face throughout life. From medical issues to business ownership, there is a view of life that women see that is different from men. They face challenges of childbirth, marriage, and aging in unique ways that can create a sense of solidarity because their counter parts can never understand the way other women can.

Here, you will find inspirational articles about topics specific to women and the challenges they face. Women are quickly becoming business leaders in our society, while still juggling their roles in the family. Health issues and beauty techniques are also very specific to women and we have attempted to address them here.
