Florida Fields to Forks is a community supported agriculture (CSA) farm in Malabar. We are a member only farm, with a one time $35 membership fee, and no ordering requirements. Our commitment to our family of farm members is simple, to provide the highest quality, locally raised and grown, freshest and most nutritionally rich foods available anywhere in Florida. At Florida Fields to Forks farm, we use beyond organic farming practices. No antibiotics, growth supplements, or hormones are used on our animals, and toxic synthetic pesticides are not sprayed in our pastures or gardens.
Our Florida ranch and farm partners are all committed to beyond organic farming practices as well. They grow a variety of different forages for their various herds and flocks, and all the animals are free ranging. We all recognize that the health benefits of raising our animals the pure way God intended, are immeasurable. Our compassion for our animals and the commitment to rebuilding the soils of Florida are just as important to our ranch partner's, as is providing gourmet quality foods for our members.
Recognized with articles in the Florida Today, the National Health Review, Space Coast Daily, Natural Awakenings, and Space Coast Health, Florida Fields to Forks in Malabar grows a variety of seasonal produce, is home to over 100 laying hens that are supplemented on NON-GMO Project Verified and DNA tested feed, has a small Angus herd utilized for breeding stock, and is home to several World Champion AQHA reining horses.
We offer locally raised 100% grass-fed/grass-finished, dry aged Angus beef, pastured Berkshire and Mangalitsa pork, 100% forage fed Katahdin lamb, pasture raised cornish cross chickens, seasonal pasture raised turkeys, wild caught sea food off the coasts of Florida, raw milk dairy and artisan cheeses, seasonal produce, local honey, raw and organic nuts, artisan breads, organic-Non-GMO and gluten free cookies and so much more. We have a farm chef and a farm member who makes exclusive spices, sauces and rubs for our farm members, and another member who makes fresh lard from our pasture raised Berkshire pigs and fresh tallo from our grass-fed cows.
Membership to Florida Fields to Forks fam is a one-time $35 fee. We currently have over 1000 members of our farm and are growing daily, as more and more people recognize the health benefits to eating true, local, farm fresh, beyond organic foods. Our farm members place their orders on line through our website, www.floridafieldstoforks.com, and then pick-up their orders at our farm, at 1200 Corey Road in Malabar, on Thursdays between 2:30 - 6:00, on beachside, at Thee House of Yoga & Greater Good at 410 Fifth Avenue, Indialantic, on Thursdays between noon and 1:00 or 5:00 -8:30 PM, or on Fridays at our Viera/Suntree/North Melbourne pick-up, at the First Baptist Church of South Brevard on North Wickham, betweeen 1:00 - 2:00.
