Dirty Dog’s Debuts With Squeaky Clean Customer Experience and First-Responder Support

At Dirty Dog’s Car Wash, service means more than a clean car. The company set out to create a one-of-a-kind community minded car wash. One driven not only by a strong commitment to its customers, but also fueled by a strong sense of dedication to their employees and the local community.

Having served communities in Georgia since 2018, Dirty Dog’s opened its first location in Florida, right here in Brevard County in July at 10 West. New Haven Ave., Melbourne. A second Brevard location will open at 4539 West Eau Gallie Blvd. in early 2023. Washes in several other Florida cities also are slated to open in the next year.

Giving back to the community is one of the ways Dirty Dog’s sets itself apart. The company has been supporting local school personnel, law enforcement, and firefighters since breaking ground in Brevard.

“The First in Community is really about our Helping Heroes wash package and our commitment to giving back to local heroes,” said Mark Dominguez, director of operations in Florida. “That package is $20 and part of the proceeds go back to the police, the firefighters, the teachers, and the animal shelter workers. We sponsor luncheons and we also wash service vehicles for free. Last year alone, we did over 10,000 free car washes for police officers.”

“I am hard pressed to find a company more invested in its community than the folks at Dirty Dogs,” said Christina Brainard, community relations coordinator with the Melbourne Police Department. “On a few occasions, they have provided lunch for our officers and other personnel, and they stayed and served them, as well.”

But the Dirty Dog’s team knows that getting a doggone clean car matters, too. The entire wash experience was designed with the customer in mind, starting with choosing locations that are easy to navigate. Always open entrance lanes, easy to use kiosks, and friendly staff on site ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

State-of-the-art technology, like an extra-long wash tunnel, ensures the best possible wash. Large vacuum lanes with free towels and window cleaner allow customers to make sure the inside of the vehicle looks its best, too.

“We are really excited to be here and service this community,” Dominguez said. “Give us a shot. I think once you visit us, you will be back and want to become a member for sure.”
