What do you love about your work? 

Meeting new people every day. Overcoming the challenges that this industry brings. Developing a sales team that truly represents our company values and ethics.

What inspires you? 

My beautiful wife, Lauren, my children, and parents. 

What’s some great advice you have received? 

My father once told me, “Son, there are three types of people in this world: People who make things happen, people who watch things happen, and people who wonder what happened. Every morning when you wake up, ask yourself which one of those are you going to be today.”

AREA OF EXPERTISE: Customer service, building relationships with both our customers and install crews. 

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT: Small men’s group looking to develop younger men into leaders and Christ followers.

Why did you choose this career path? 

I did not choose this path, it started as part-time job at one of the big-box stores and turned into a career.

What do you love about your work?

Helping customers not only to beautify their home but give them peace of mind that their home is now safer and energy efficient. Also, that we have a great team here and the owner is Christ-led.

What inspires you?   

Surrounding myself with great people that hold me accountable and make me grow in every aspect in life. One of my favorite verses Proverbs 27:17, “As iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.”

What is some great advice you have received? 

My Dad was a man of few words, but when I started my first job, he said always give your employer the best day that you can.

Community involvement: 

ACE mentorship program. To engage, excite, and enlighten high school students to pursue careers in architecture, engineering, and construction through mentoring and continued support for their advancement into the industry.

Why did you choose this career path? 

For the chance to make a difference in the lives of the people I work with. The opportunity to serve within the limits of my ability in the pursuit of providing the best options for our customers.

What do you love about your work? 

The opportunity on each project to show the customer how we can serve them best and to act upon that promise.

What inspires you? 

My wife, Chelsea, and my daughter, Adeline.

Always keep your head up. Always do things in a way that you can be proud of.
