Free Home Buying Seminar

Launch Federal Credit Union is offering a free Home Buying seminar on Tuesday, March 14 from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm.  It will be held at the Melbourne Branch of Launch FCU located at 2200 N. Wickham Road, in Melbourne.

Mortgage topics will include what types of mortgages are available, how to apply for a mortgage and what happens at the closing.  There will also be a question and answer session.  Those who are interested in gaining information about how to apply for a first or second mortgage, refinancing their current mortgage, or obtaining a home equity line of credit are encouraged to attend.  You do not need to be a member of Launch FCU to attend.

“With interest rates still very low, owning could be less expensive than renting,” says M.J. Mullin, Mortgage Specialist for Launch FCU.  “We will explain the different types of mortgages, and help you figure out how much home you can afford.”
