“They say you are best suited to serve the person you used to be,” said Mike Williams, owner of No Limits Fitness. “In my past life in corporate America, I wasn’t very good at scheduling my workouts. Now I live by it. I know how to make it manageable so I can get everything done. Each week, you have to focus on what actually matters.”

No Limits Fitness in West Melbourne takes a unique approach to helping clients on their health journey. Williams and his team start by asking each new member about their why. 

“It’s not about losing 10 pounds,” Williams said, “but whether it is someone who wants to be able to enjoy a day at the theme parks with their grandkids or someone who wants to look and feel good at their daughter’s wedding. Those are the things that matter and keep clients coming back.”

The antithesis of a big brand gym, No Limits Fitness provides a higher level of service to a smaller number of people. Their unique approach combines small-group personal training, nutrition counseling, and mindset counseling to help clients work on overall life balance. 

Their small-group personal training program gives members the support of one-on-one training at a lower cost. Clients schedule their own sessions from the time slots available each day, giving busy professionals a high level of flexibility.

Most people know what they need to do to improve health and fitness. The biggest challenge is making the time. No Limits Fitness provides the tools to make effective behavior changes. But the biggest difference clients see comes from the way trainers hold them accountable to work toward their goals. 

“Here at No Limits Fitness, someone knows if you skip your workout, if you aren’t following your meal plan,” Williams said. “We are checking in with our clients to make sure they are doing what they’re supposed to be doing in order to meet their goals. I don’t have any training secrets. We just do an exceptional job of holding people accountable.”

Heather Wofford has been a member at No Limits Fitness for over eight years.
