If your business received damage as a result of the storm, it is imperative to fill out a damage assessment form for the state by visiting www.flvbeoc.org. The information provided in the Damage Assessment Form will assist state and local agencies in drawing down federal resources and implement state programs that will assist in local business-recovery efforts.
