Catalina and Frederick's Wedding
We got married in October 27th, 2012. We were supposed to be married on thebeach in Cocoa Beach and Sandy came so we had to move it inside at ourrestaurant, Mango Tree who was kind enough to let us use most of its place.
We feasted on the following appetizers: tempura prawns with chili salsa, beef carpaccio with Parmesan cheese, balsamic vinegar and ginger, grilled seared scallops with balsamic vinegar reduction, salmon crostini, chicken skewers,then we had lobster bisque soup, creamy porcini mushroom soup with truffle oil,tricolore salad, plus the second course was herb encrusted beef tender loin filet with port wine reduction, sautéed salmon with candied fennel, casserole of chicken, peppers and onions plus for dessert, I had a beautiful cake made by the daughter-in law of Beasley's Floral's owner.
The flower arrangements, my bouquet along with the bridesmaid's and the flower girl's basket plus the groom's and best man's boutonniere, mother and father's flowers plus the flower pergola were purchased from Beasley's Floral in Cocoa Beach and beautifully decorated with flowers and ribbons by them and with help of my dear friend, Jan Hosmer who married us.
My beautiful white dress was bought on clearance from the evening sales rack at Dillards for $63. All the Bridesmaid's dresses were bought Online from SimplyDresses ($99 each) and they were made by Jovanni.
All the jewelry was bought from Claire's and my Tiara was purchased at HobbyLobby. The groom's and best man's suits and ties were purchased at Macy's.
Most of the wall and table paper decorations plus the gifts to guests were purchased online form "the knot".
The Photographer was Kimberly Sutherland of Kimberly Sutherland Photography and the musician was our Post Office's Jammin Joe (321-482-8030).
Our hair was done by Clydette (321-536-1356) from Infiniti Salon and Spa in Cocoa Beach and Mani-Pedi's by Hollywood Nails in Cocoa Beach.
We had 50 guests and still managed to spend about $5,000 for all!
For Honeymoon, we went to our Time Share at Divi Little Bay Resort in St. Maarten.
