The Landing Rooftop Soft Opening at 5pm April 8th
The Landing Rooftop is set to soft open for dinner-only service at 5 p.m. on April 8, 2021. It’s located within Hotel Melby, a Hilton hotel, 801 E Strawbridge Ave. Melbourne, Fla 32901. Visitors and residents will experience elevated regional American comfort food from the area’s tallest rooftop. The restaurant plans to begin lunch offerings on April 19, 2021.
The Landing Rooftop combines a bar and restaurant experience with unmatched 360-views of Melbourne and the Indian River, superior dining, event space, and a Mixology bar with craft cocktails on tap.
“The Landing Rooftop will not only feature unparalleled sweeping views of the Indian River, Atlantic Ocean, and Downtown Melbourne, but we have also programmed unique food and beverage offerings,” said Kelley Jones, managing partner of Hospitality Alliance and The Landing Rooftops food and beverage management company.
Enjoy The Landing Rooftop’s vibrant atmosphere with upscale experiences, including building your own bottomless mimosas and “get benedicted” with our multiple eggs benedict. The culinary menu will feature various plates with a fresh twist on Southern cuisine with locally sourced ingredients.
Leading the culinary team is Chef CJ Szucs, a Florida Culinary Institute Graduate and semi-finalist in the Southeastern division of the Masters of the Craft Culinary Challenge. Chef CJ is excited to share his extensive knowledge and culinary creativity with the local community and travelers.
“We are overjoyed to have CJ Szucs from Savannah, Georgia, leading our culinary efforts,” Jones said. “...we will have cocktails on draft, an array of home infused spirits, and amazing craft cocktails.”
