Voight Investment Company Closes on Merritt Island Property Purchase

Voight Investment Company—a local, Florida-based, third generation family company—announces the closing on the purchase of property on Merritt Island, Florida, as of January 16, 2019. The 2.5 +/- acre property, a business park catering to businesses in healthcare as tenants, among others, is located at 585 and 595 N. Courtenay Parkway, and includes the adjoining parking lots.

The Merritt Island purchase is a 1031 exchange from the sale of property in the Orlando market. “Merritt Island is experiencing phenomenal growth and we are excited to be a part of it,” he added.
