Leadership Awards, featuring the annual 4 Under 40 and the Rodney S. Ketcham Leadership Icon Award
LEAD Brevard celebrates and showcases the significant contributions made by our rising leaders, as they help to shape and improve our community. 2020 marks the 16th year of this prestigious recognition. 4 under 40 nominations are open to any resident of Brevard County under the age of forty and an independent review committee, narrowing the list to twelve finalists, evaluates nominees.
The final 4 Under 40 are announced at the Leadership Awards event, Friday, February 7, 2020. The event also features the recipient of the Rodney S. Ketcham Icon Award, Dr. Duane De Freese, Executive Director, IRL Council and the Indian River Lagoon National Estuary Program.
