LEAD Brevard

Leadership Essentials, powered by LEAD Brevard, is a leadership skills development program for high potential professionals on a path to leadership and/or management roles.  Leadership Essentials is a leadership skills based complement to the community based flagship program, Leadership Brevard.  Six one half day sessions led by subject matter experts take place from October to March.  The next cohort of 35-40 will begin in the fall of 2020; pre-registration is available on the LEAD Brevard website.

The Leadership Essentials experience is valuable to high potential professionals and their employers for a variety of reasons, including:  The relationships developed within the diverse cohort of emerging professionals in attendance; an assessment tool, used as a foundational piece; a connection to LEAD Brevard, Leadership Brevard (the program and the alumni) and Brevard County and an emphasis on practical experience and application and the tools that participants add to their leadership toolbox as part of their career development.
