Bingo! It’s Time to Eat in North Brevard

We have declared May restaurant month in North Brevard and we’re excited about celebrating all the amazing food options in our community.

In the last couple of years, the City of Titusville published a dining guide and it listed over 120 options within city limits. Sure, some are the usual fast-food places, but it really brought out the fact that there are diverse options from which to choose.

And since we are still not comfortable with holding our annual Taste of Titusville event, we thought we would go virtual with our restaurant and food promotions and get people to play along with us in a Restaurant Bingo!

So, every day in May we will be featuring a different North Brevard food establishment on our Facebook page. 

As for Restaurant Bingo, you have to pick up your bingo card — currently only available at the Chamber office, but more locations are pending. Participating restaurants are randomly assigned to a space, so there will be several versions of the card, and cards are $10 each or 3 for $20.

Once you have your card, the hard part is over! Then you start visiting and enjoying food at local establishments ($5 minimum purchase to get your bingo card stamped). Once you get a BINGO, stop back into the chamber and pick up a fabulous prize, while also registering for our grand prize drawings. You can get more than one BINGO, so keep playing.

What are the grand prizes? Every restaurant has donated gift certificates to the cause, and we will be giving them away in $200, $300 and $500 bundles. Grand prize drawings will take place on Friday, June 4 and will be broadcast live on our Facebook page.

You’ll also want to check out our online foodie auction. We’ve asked our restaurants and caterers to get creative and put together packages to offer in our auction. Packages and options for every occasion are in the works, and we think you’ll find some fun, interesting and unusual experiences to whet your appetite.

Bottom line, this is also a substitute activity for the Titusville Area Chamber of Commerce’s major fundraiser so you are doing all kinds of good by participating. You are supporting our local restaurants, caterers, food trucks and more — and you are supporting an amazing North Brevard resource organization. We hope to see you at a local restaurant soon!
