MEET: Wicked Pineapple
Brian and Jenni Schipper have a place you can go for something delicious, plus grab a surfboard and pick up a piece of art for home. It’s called Wicked Pineapple, which they opened in April 2018 in Satellite Beach, bringing healthy food options to the Space Coast.
They offer acai bowls and nitro cold brew coffee, among other delectable treats. The small-batch bakery makes fresh items daily and specializes in gluten free options. You can call ahead to order and have your cupcakes, cookies, mini cheesecakes and mason jar desserts brought out to you curbside.
Wicked Pineapple also offers surfboards and accessories for sale and local artists have their work on display, available for purchase.
The Schippers host several events throughout the year, including movie nights and beach yoga.
