Publisher Insights: Take Charge and Be Ready for Transformational 2024

Did you know that having the independence to make your own decisions is considered the key benefit of entrepreneurship? According to Business Insider, “No matter how risky, for all entrepreneurs, starting a business is the route to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.”

Entrepreneurship is not for everyone. It requires bold thinking, determination, and the resolve to succeed. Entrepreneurs use critical thinking skills daily to navigate uncertainty and turn challenges into opportunities.

COVID-19 was a perfect example. We saw many small-business owners pivot quickly to avoid going out of business. They created new revenue streams, packaged products and services differently, opened new locations, expanded capacities, hired more people, and had their best years ever. Why? I believe it’s the entrepreneurial mindset and desire to win. It’s something that’s woven into the fibers of their being. It was terrifying yet exciting at the same time.

New York Times best-selling author Darren Hardy’s statement that “2024 is going to be a year of transformation” hits home for me. I have taken a few of his entrepreneurial courses and love his insights and business leadership skills. Darren also is a keynote speaker, advisor, and the former publisher of SUCCESS magazine. In a recent video, he described 2024 as a transformative year full of storms of epic proportions.

With the continuing economic crisis, geopolitical instability, and massive changes in technology…there will be chaos and uncertainty this year. And simultaneously, there will be great opportunities for those who are ready.

Darren further states that the true skill will be in knowing how to capitalize on these opportunities by recognizing what’s coming before it arrives. And most importantly, how to lead through these uncertain times.

I have joined a 12-month program from Darren Hardy designed to mold modern leaders, and I plan to share what I learn with our community. Education has always been an instrumental part of my work and I’ve been looking for ways to elevate my personal leadership so that I am able to navigate the ever-changing challenges that we entrepreneurs face.

In this program, there are five stages, 21 modules, and 42 total sessions. I am ready to dive in.  A few of the key topics include mastering AI, leadership development, learning and adaptability, cultivating and expanding associations.

Several years ago, I recall taking a marketing course, and within 30 days, I had built a new revenue stream and tripled in income what I had paid for the course. Teaching others and sharing my knowledge is a strength. I’m really looking forward to this journey and hope that you will join me in this adventure. I plan to give a monthly update and share insights on my social channels. Be sure to follow if you’re not already.

What’s your big hairy audacious goal for 2024? Know that I will be on the sidelines rooting for your success.
