Grandparents Raising Grandchildren to Host Golf Tournament

Grandparents Raising Grandchildren to Host 6th Annual Child First Golf Tournament

Grandparents Raising Grandchildren will host its 6th Annual Child First Golf Tournament on Saturday, October 2 from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Turtle Creek Golf Club, located at 1278 Admiralty Blvd. Rockledge, FL 32955.

The event cost is $85 per golfer, $330 per foursome and includes tournament entry, range balls, door prize ticket, lunch, mulligan/putting contest entry certificate and a 50/50 chance. Every golfer will have the chance to win a prize.

Event day registration begins at 7 a.m.

Shotgun start is at 8 a.m.

All proceed will benefit the Child First Program. The program provides support to relative caregivers throughout Brevard County in achieving safety, permanency and well-being for their families through education, advocacy and community collaboration. The goal is to ensure permanent placement with relatives in lieu of foster care; address special needs of children being raised by relative caregivers; advocate for relative caregivers and raise awareness of their needs.
